Snoring Video Contest
We are putting together a humorous collection of short videos with sound of your family and friends snoring.
The submitted videos do not have to be related to Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips. Just people snoring with great audio.
However, if you have videos of someone snoring and then have another video showing the same person with reduced snoring while wearing a nasal strip that would be great.
You must be 18 or older to submit a video for consideration.
Sorry kids... no sneaking up on Dad while he is snoring on the comfy chair... ask your Mom to do it!
The Contest winner, chosen at our sole discretion, will receive a years supply of Breathe Clear Nasal Strips (366) in the color and Size of their choice, limited only by availability at the time of the winning entrants selection.
When you are ready to submit your original video, please Copy and Paste the information from here to the bottom of the page, including the legal mumbo jumbo, into an eMail. While "right clicking" is disabled on our site, this can be done by "left clicking and dragging" from the start of this pragraph to the bottom of the page and then "copying" (control or command C) the highlighted information and then "pasting" it (control or command V) into the eMail.

By submitting video content (“Video”), you hereby acknowledge to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. You hereby acknowledge that the Video submitted is yours; that is, you should only submit Video content to which you own the copyright or have the express, written consent of the copyright holder. By making a submission to HealthRight Products LLC, through its Discount Nasal Strips website, you are representing and warranting to HealthRight Products, LLC that you have the full right and authorization to submit the Video and HealthRight Products, LLC is free to implement or use your Video submission if it so desires, as provided or as modified, without obtaining any further permission or license from you or any third party.
2. By submitting your Video to HealthRight Products LLC, you grant to HealthRight Products LLC the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display all content, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to HealthRight Products LLC through our DiscountNasalStrips.com website, and to incorporate in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereinafter developed. HealthRight Products LLC shall not be required to treat any Video as confidential, and may use any Video in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future HealthRight Products LLC operations. You waive all rights of attribution and integrity with respect to any Video submitted herein. You MUST have permission to submit these videos from the person you are filming as we do not want anyone to be humiliated.
3. You acknowledge that (i) the Video is wholly original with you and was created and is solely owned by you and that no other person or other entity has any right, title or interest therein or thereto; (ii) You have the full right and authorization to submit the Video to HealthRight Products LLC, upon all of the terms and conditions herein stated and as set forth in the HealthRight Products LLC Video Submission Agreement; (iii) no person has collaborated with you in creating the Video other than you and the person being filmed; and (iv) That you have the permission of the person being filmed to both film them and to submit the Video to healthRight Products, LLC (v) You will not at anytime execute any further agreement or agreements in conflict herewith nor in any way attempt to encumber the rights herein granted or do or cause or permit to be done any act or thing by which the rights herein granted and purported to be granted may in any way be impaired.
4. HealthRight Products, LLC, reviews videos but does not otherwise assume responsibility for the content of any videos. By submitting your Video content you hereby agree to release, discharge, defend and hold harmless HealthRight Products LLC, (and their affiliated companies; licensees; assigns; officers; directors; employees; agents and representatives of each of the foregoing) from and against any claim, expense or liability arising from or related to the submission or exploitation of the submitted Video
