INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION AND REMOVAL

Applying Breathe Free Nasal Strips

Most of us have oily skin, some more than others. To enable the Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strip to have the best adhesion, and for you to receive the best results, it is important to first use warm soap and water to wash your nose so it is clean and oil free. Then, dry thoroughly.

If your skin is naturally more oily than normal, we suggest you use an astringent to prepare your nose.

Then, carefully remove a Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strip from its protective backing. To insure the longest product effectiveness, be careful to limit touching the adhesive more than necessary.

Next, looking in a mirror to assist you in the process, determine where the Nasal Strips tab ends will be placed by running your finger along the side wall of your nose from where it meets your eye down toward the nostril.

Pressing in gently with your finger you will feel where the nasal cartilage ends and where your finger pressure reduces your ability to breathe clearly begins. This is the correct spot for placement of the flexor tabs.

Repeat the process for the other side of your nose.

As a guide, these illustrations show the correct and incorrect positioning for your Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips. As is the case with any new product, you will learn in quick time to easily apply your Nasal Strips... and will be able to do so in seconds.

It is the Nasal Strip version of the story of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears:

Center the Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strip on the bridge of your nose in a position just above the point where the flair of the nostril meets the top of the bridge

Press just the center of the Nasal Strip against the nose. If you're nose is very sensitive you may wish to put a small amount of facial cream on the highest part of the center of your nose bridge. Too much and the Nasal Strip won't stick.

While holding the center of the Nasal Strip in place on your Nose Bridge with one hand, pull and stretch one side of the strip and apply the end to one side of your nose, centering the strip's tab end where you determined the correct placement location should be and the end tab on the Cheekbone where it meets the nose. Don't worry; the Flexors are wide enough to allow for a margin of error still affording you maximum effectiveness. Press firmly to adhere. Repeat for the other side of your nose, pulling and stretching the strip to the proper point on your nose. The pull and stretch method is what enables the Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips to work without painful plastic strips going across the bridge of your nose.

Finally, use your fingers to press the full length of the adhesive strip firmly on the nose.

That's it. You should begin to feel the effects almost immediately.

Removing Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips

For the best possible adhesion to your nose the Medical Grade Adhesive used on the Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips is stronger than what you may be used to:

Do not simply pull off the Nasal Strip when you are finished using it.

The best place to remove a Breathe Clear Nasal Strip™ is in the shower! If that isn't possible, use enough warm soapy water to moisten the area on and around the Nasal Strip so that it just slides off.

First gently loosen the two ends of the strip as you would a bandage and then pull both sides up slowly.

Under no circumstances should you try to remove the Breathe Right™ Nasal Strip while your nose is dry.

In the rare event that there is any adhesive residue, simply rinse your nose with warm soapy water to remove.

If the surface of your nose feels dry after using Breathe Clear™ Nasal Strips, use a facial moisturizer after removing the strip.

To avoid possible skin irritation it is suggested that Nasal Strips be worn for a maximum of 12 hours a day. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Any improper use or failure to apply or remove your Nasal Strips according to our directions could lead to skin damage to the delicate tissues of your nose.
